Mike serves as Deputy Chief Investment Officer for Argonautica Private Wealth Management, Inc.® He assists the Chief Investment Officer in formulating investment philosophy, analyzing potential investments, conducting due diligence on investment managers, creating portfolios, and optimizing financial plans. In addition, he is the central point of contact for inquiries related to portfolio administration.

Mike has over 15 years of experience in various roles on the investment teams of wealth management firms, including 9 years as department head, and he is deeply familiar with the investment landscape. He believes that a fiduciary mindset, holistic approach, and impartial, rigorous analysis are the keys to client investment success.

Mike graduated from Amherst College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and played for the college’s hockey team. In addition, he has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations. Mike lives in Brookline, MA, with his wife Laura, daughter Hazel, and son Calvin. He spends his free time visiting parks and museums with his children, playing board games with his family, and playing soccer on the weekends. Mike is an advocate for charities that are motivated by evidence and reason to maximize positive outcome, and he has dedicated significant time to these organizations.
